  • 1. Definitions
  1. Consumer – A natural person being the Buyer, performing activities on the Website unrelated to their business activity.
  2. Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a person or an organizational unit that has bought or intends to buy any product in Website or otherwise authorized by the Website.
  3. Entrepreneur – a User or a Buyer who is not a User who performs activities on the Website for purposes related to business activity.
  4. Regulations – these Regulations.
  5. Service – Website maintained by Vitalio on the website at: vitalio.pl together with all subpages that are part of it.
  6. Vitalio – Largo Capital Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, registered at the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000337116, NIP 5272611631, REGON 142020001.
  • 2. Vitalio.pl service
  1. The website is an online store, in which you can buy a Vitalio dietary supplement Collagen according to the rules specified in the Regulations.
  2. Using the Website requires:
  • having an active e-mail account;
  • devices with Internet access with the Chrome web browser installed version 61 or later, or Internet Explorer version 11 or later or Firefox version 56 or later, or Safari version 11.0 or later;
  • enabled acceptance of Cookie files and Java Script scripting on the used one a web browser;
  • enabled pop-up windows (Windows pop-up).
  1. Vitalio undertakes that the Website will be available for at least 80% of the time on a scale month. For the rest of the time, the Website may be unavailable, for example due to updates, adding new functions, removing features that have not worked or fixing errors or failure.

  3. The product sale agreement is concluded upon receipt by the Buyer on the Website or to the e-mail address of the purchase information sent by Vitalio.

The sales contract is concluded under the condition precedent of payment for product by the Buyer within 14 days of its conclusion. In case of non-payment payment to the Buyer is not entitled to a claim for the product release. In a moment of making payment is considered the moment of crediting the Vitalio account.

  1. After making the purchase, the Buyer receives an email confirming this purchase.

  1. The delivery is carried out:
    • only to the countries indicated on the Website;
    • to the address provided by the Buyer when making the purchase;
    • within 30 days of receipt of payment for the product and costs by Vitalio supplies;
    • via courier or otherwise, if Vitalio makes available a different way in Service.
  2. Delivery costs are indicated each time on the Website before making a purchase.
  3. If the Buyer is an entrepreneur, then when the product is released, the supplier goes to of this Buyer, the risk of accidental loss or damage of the product.
  4. Vitalio may allow self-pickup of the product. In this case, the Buyer will be able to pick up the product at the place indicated on the Website, after prior agreement and with consent Vitalio.
  • 5. payments
  1. The product price indicated on the Website is the net price and is each time increased by VAT due at the rate as at the date of issue of the registration document sale. The price is each time increased by the cost of product delivery.
  2. All payments may only be made using the methods indicated in Service.
  3. If the payment is made via the electronic payment system made available on the Website is Vitalio and such payment will take effect from any the reason is that the contract is considered null and void.
  4. In the case when the payment will be made using a payment card the Buyer must provide all required details of this payment card. The card provided payment must ensure the possibility of online payments
